Working as a stitcher on Keene State's spring 2020 production of A Year With Frog & Toad, I was assigned to several pieces. Most notable were some drafting and construction assignments for The Birds (left), and pattern matching the pockets of Toad's pants (right)
Left:
I drafted the Birds' aviator helmets by draping muslin over a wig head and drawing the seam lines desired. (Left most photo). After confirming the helmet shape with the designer, I assembled and completed all three helmets (middle).
Right:
I used a stretch knit to drape the collars on the aviator jackets for the Birds.
